Maxing out our DEADLIFTS tomorrow, so just trying shake things loose today, not kill ourselves. Scale up or down accordingly.
Met-Con: Active Recovery:

E3Min for 27 min (3 rounds)
1. Run 400m + 5-10 strict pull ups
2. 20/30 cals on AB + 10-15 push ups
3. 15 DB Thrusters + 90 second Side Plank (45s/side)

Choose a weight for the Thrusters that you can perform nearly unbroken, in 2 sets or less.
