Against a running 15:00 clock complete the following...
100 DB Hang Clean and Jerks (F: 35/20) (S: 50/35)
100 Toes-to-Bars (F: Kipping Leg/Knee Raises)
with the remaining time, find a heavy squat clean
8 rounds of :20 on/:10 off (4 minutes total)
DB/BB Floor Presses
*Aim for 10-15 reps during the :20 of work. DB/BB will be held in the fully extended position during the :10 of "rest."
