*Reminder: Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time to warm-up. If you tend to take longer to warm-up, I'd recommend at least 30 minutes prior (yes, this goes for 6am too and someone will likely need to go around and open the door). The warm-up is on the board. Follow along on your own or create your own. When you arrive write your name on the board in order of your arrival so heats can be chosen.

**ATTENTION: Due to Coach Mary's illness, there will NOT be a 12pm class/Open Testing time today. Please utilize one of the other testing times. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
