Partner Met-cons

Part A)
Against a 15:00 clock, complete as many reps as possible of:

100 cal Row
60 Toes-to-bars
30 Front Squats (F: 135/95) (S: 185/135)
with remaining time, max reps sychronized burpees

-REST 10:00-

Part B)
3 Rounds for total reps*
:45 on/:15 off
While Partner 1 holds a wall sit (at parallel), Partner 2 does max reps DBL KB Front Squats (KBs must be in the front rack sitting on the elbows, not over the shoulders) (F: 35s/18s) (S: 53s/35s), then partners switch!
After Partner 2 completes their max reps, this is considered to be 1 round, and there will be an additional 1:00 rest between rounds.
Your score for Part B is your combined total reps

Immediately following the 1:00 rest at the finish of round 3, you will go right into part C
Part C)
3 Rounds for total reps*
:45 on/:15 off
While Partner 1 holds a BB front rack hold, Partner 2 does max reps BB Push Jerks
(F: 55/35) (S: 75/55) (two BB's, same weight for both), then partners switch
After Partner 2 completes their max reps, there will still be an additional 1:00 rest between rounds.
Your score for Part C is your combined total reps

*For both Parts B and C, partners do NOT need to stay in the same order all 3 rounds. For example, on Round 2, partners can communicate and decide to have Partner 2 hold the wall sit first this time while Partner 1 starts with the squats in order to prevent one partner from burning out too fast. This will be up to the discretion of the pair.
