10/side 1-arm DB Push Jerks
10/side 1-arm Overhead Reverse Lunges
(not alternating legs - left leg steps back
when left arm is holding the weight, etc)

Mod= front rack
*focus is challenging unilateral movements.
Pick a weight that will sound technique.
